Antipasto Salad

March 5, 2022

This is a great versatile recipe that you can alter to exactly what you and your family like. We make this all summer long to enjoy for quick lunches and snacks. Works great as a side dish for dinner as well.

Prep Time 20 minutes mins
Course Salad
Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 block Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 block Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1 package Mini Pepperoni
  • 1 Salami
  • Wish Bone Italian Dressing
  • McCormick Salad Supreme

Instructions

  • Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and coat with seasoning and dressing.
  • Stir well and place in the fridge overnight to allow the flavors to absorb and marinate together.

Notes

This recipe taste best if made the day before and left to marinate overnight. You may need to add more dressing in the morning if too much was absorbed.
If you want to add pasta, cook to al dente and mix with the rest of the ingredients (the pasta will absorb more dressing than it would without).

I could eat this all year round! We do on occasion add in the pasta as well. #food #pastasalad #antipasto #wishbone #mccormick

Four. We have been a party of four for the past fi Four. We have been a party of four for the past five weeks and it’s going to take many more weeks to get used to it, adding a babe to the family with a toddler is a BIG adjustment. I know one day they’ll be the best of friends, today is not that day.

Yesterday I did brave the grocery store with both (we’ve been doing grocery pickup or shopping on the weekend when Travis is home). Carrier in one arm, Ted in another. Thanks to the sweet lady who offered to unload her cart in the parking lot to give to us.
Truman’s room made all my vintage nursery dreams Truman’s room made all my vintage nursery dreams come true. The paneling on the walls was perfect and I knew it had to stay (I’m sure the day will come where he’ll want it painted). I used most of the same nursery decor that we had for Teddy and added a few new things. Teddy enjoys going in and stealing all his things and I’m sure soon enough Truman will do the same to big brothers room.
