Four. We have been a party of four for the past five weeks and it’s going to take many more weeks to get used to it, adding a babe to the family with a toddler is a BIG adjustment. I know one day they’ll be the best of friends, today is not that day.

Yesterday I did brave the grocery store with both (we’ve been doing grocery pickup or shopping on the weekend when Travis is home). Carrier in one arm, Ted in another. Thanks to the sweet lady who offered to unload her cart in the parking lot to give to us.

Truman’s room made all my vintage nursery dreams come true. The paneling on the walls was perfect and I knew it had to stay (I’m sure the day will come where he’ll want it painted). I used most of the same nursery decor that we had for Teddy and added a few new things. Teddy enjoys going in and stealing all his things and I’m sure soon enough Truman will do the same to big brothers room.
